There are presently 150 private brainstorming sessions.
If you think your brainstorming's subject is private or should have restricted access, you can control both display and access with a password that you will give to selected people.
• Here's how to proceed
Once you've started creating your brainstorming session and reached step two, you can choose the following status: public, private or restricted.
If you chose the private status, your brainstorming session will not be displayed publicly on the site. You will need a link to access the brainstorming session.
If you chose the restricted status, you will receive an automatically generated password via email. You can change passwords in the administration menu.
• Choosing a private or restricted brainstorming session
If you choose a public status when creating your brainstorming, you can still switch to a private or restricted status
Here are following two options:
- Create a private (undisclosed) brainstorming. Access to the brainstorming session will be made via a link (your brainstorming's URL address). The brainstorming will neither appear on BrainZtorming's display list nor on any internet search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo...).
- Choose a restricted status brainstorming. A password will be required to access the brainstorming session. The brainstorming will neither appear on BrainZtorming's displayed list nor on any internet search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo...)
To change brainstorming status, go to the administration page and select a new status and/or password.
• How to invite contacts to your private or restricted brainstorming session
For a private brainstorming session, you will need to provide your contacts with the related link. For a restricted brainstorming, you will need to send your friends and contacts the related password. If you use BrainZtorming's email invitation tools, the link and password will be sent automatically to the chosen contacts.
If you use the Facebook invitation tool, you will need to send the password to your friends and contacts
